Mr. Le Hong Vinh holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee

On the morning of November 17, the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's Decision on personnel work.

At the Conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat, accordingly, comrade Le Hong Vinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; transferred, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee Trung Hoang Dang Quang presented the Decision and flowers to the new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Vinh.

In his speech accepting the assignment, the new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, Le Hong Vinh, affirmed that he will uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit; well implement the Party's principles and leadership methods; be proactive and close to the grassroots, quickly learn about the culture, closely follow the locality; be close to, respect, listen to, and absorb the opinions of the collective, Party members and the People in a spirit of respect and openness. Continuously learn, always uphold and promote the tradition of solidarity and unity within the Party Committee, take high responsibility in work for the common development of the province; quickly grasp the work to carry out assigned tasks, properly perform the roles, responsibilities and operating regulations, according to the assignment.

“Strive to soon achieve the goal of building Quang Tri into a new growth pole in the Central region; strive by 2045, Quang Tri will become a fairly developed province, a unique energy, logistics and tourism center of the whole country,” emphasized the new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, Le Hong Vinh.

Deputy Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Vinh delivered a speech accepting the assignment.

Mr. Le Hong Vinh was born on May 1, 1974; hometown is Do Luong commune, Nghe An province; Master's degree in Science and Technology Management.

Before December 2010, Mr. Le Hong Vinh worked at Construction Company 475, Nghe An Road Construction Joint Stock Company; Nghe An Construction and Traffic Project Management Board; Nghe An Traffic Management Board; Industrial Specialist, Office of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

From December 2010 to March 2014, Mr. Le Hong Vinh held the position of Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Transport.

From March 2014 to October 2015, Mr. Le Hong Vinh was a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Secretary of Anh Son District Party Committee.

From October 2015 to December 2015, Mr. Le Hong Vinh was a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Secretary of Anh Son District Party Committee.

From December 2015 to December 2018, Mr. Le Hong Vinh was a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council. From December 2018 to December 2024, Mr. Le Hong Vinh held the position of a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee. From December 31, 2024, Mr. Le Hong Vinh held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

On January 3, 2025, at the 26th Session, the 18th People's Council of Nghe An province elected Mr. Le Hong Vinh to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province for the 2021-2026 term.

On November 14, 2025, the Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint comrade Le Hong Vinh to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
