Mr. Le Hong Vinh was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Le Hong Vinh was assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and was introduced to be elected as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

On the morning of November 17, Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, Mr. Tran Vu Khiem, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, announced the decision of the Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of personnel to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Before being appointed to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Vinh had held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Department of Transport of Nghe An province; Secretary of the Anh Son District Party Committee (Nghe An province); Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council; Permanent Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee. At the 20th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Le Hong Vinh was elected as Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and continued to hold the position of Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
