Ha Tinh: Carefully prepare to make election day a great festival for the whole nation

Determining that, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Hung commune has focused on leadership, direction and serious implementation. The stages and steps are carried out methodically and proactively, aiming to successfully organize the election day to truly become a national festival.

Officials, Party members, voters and people in Cam Hung commune have full access to information about the process, regulations, rights and obligations in the election work.

Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Cam Hung Commune, Nguyen Thanh Long, said that the Party Committee of the Commune has issued a decision to establish a Steering Committee for the election of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; and develop a plan and propaganda content for the election of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

The Standing Committee of the Commune People's Council has organized a meeting of the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committee, the People's Council delegation, and the People's Council delegates to deploy the election plan and election propaganda work. The locality has also established the Commune Election Committee; assigned the People's Council committees, the People's Council - People's Committee Office to advise on documents, develop plans and time for the election to ensure compliance with the law.

In Nam Hong Linh ward and Bac Hong Linh ward, conferences were also held to disseminate Directive No. 46-CT/TW dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo and related documents on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term for cadres and party members.

Delegates were informed of the key contents of the Directives, which required Party committees and organizations at all levels to focus on comprehensive leadership and direction of the election work; ensuring that the election is conducted democratically, equally, legally, safely, economically and truly a festival for all people.

The Standing Committees of the People's Councils of the wards have also coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations to organize propaganda conferences in each residential group, ensuring that 100% of union members have full access to information on the procedures, regulations, rights and obligations of voters in the election.
