According to statistics, the total number of real estate facilities in both localities is 4,291, with a land area of over 18.8 million ^m2 and a floor area of over 6.2 million ^m2 . Of which, Da Nang has 1,681 facilities, Quang Nam has 2,610 facilities. After the merger, the city will rearrange the headquarters of agencies and units on the principle of saving, efficiency and suitability with the scale of the organizational apparatus.

Party agencies and Party units will basically continue to operate at their existing headquarters in Da Nang. The Political School will have an additional facility in Tam Ky to serve training needs. The City Party Committee Office proposed using the old headquarters of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee to serve the work of archiving, editing and digitizing documents.

The relocation of departments and agencies is considered based on the current status of facilities, staffing and actual usage needs. Some departments will work at the City Administration Center, others will move to district administration centers or individual headquarters in the area.

In addition, the city will convert the functions of 26 facilities serving healthcare, education, and community activities and arrange 11 facilities as headquarters for the armed forces. In particular, there are 145 surplus real estate facilities, most of which are located in Hai Chau, Son Tra, and Ngu Hanh Son districts. These facilities will be assigned to functional units for effective management and exploitation, avoiding waste of public assets.
