Dam Vinh Hung performed at the music night on May 5.

Previously, social networks were abuzz with discussions about the badges that Dam Vinh Hung wore on his costume when performing in the music night "Ngay em den sao troi" (mashup performance Hoi Tieu). Many people thought that these badges contained sensitive elements related to history.

Previously, at noon on May 6, singer Dam Vinh Hung responded on his personal page that the badges he pinned on his shirt were just normal decorative accessories, to make his outfit more eye-catching. The singer born in 1971 affirmed that there was absolutely no hidden meaning as the websites led.

"This is the outfit that designer Tuan Tran designed specifically for me, inspired by the outfit I really liked on the international fashion runway.

I really love this fashion style, so my outfits are quite bold and individualistic. If you pay close attention, you will see that all my live shows always have similar outfits, whether it's pop or old music," he explained.

Dam Vinh Hung affirmed that the controversial badges are normal accessories, decorative in nature, to make the outfit more eye-catching to the audience.

The male singer also took a close-up photo of the badges pinned on his performance costumes and said the words on the badges are "High Quality Garment" which means quality in the garment industry.

Dam Vinh Hung also affirmed that he "always seeks and listens" to positive comments from the audience. He realized that he also has the responsibility to present and explain clearly so that the audience can understand and avoid negative and sensitive information related to the music project he is working on.

The male singer confirmed that he will not wear this outfit in the live show "Ngay em den sao troi" taking place on May 18 in Hanoi.
