Taking place over 5 days, the training course includes 6 teaching topics and 8 reference topics, focusing on the following contents: The Party's viewpoints on ethnic affairs; State policies and laws on ethnic minority and mountainous areas; cultural knowledge and customs; building a grassroots political system; cultural management; national defense and security in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. These are practical contents, contributing to improving the practical capacity of grassroots cadres.
In recent years, many major policies and strategies have been implemented to promote the development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas, notably the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period. For the Program to be effective, training and knowledge development for staff is identified as a key task.
This ethnic knowledge training course for the 4th group is part of the implementation plan of Sub-project 4 of Project 5 on developing education and training to improve the quality of human resources under the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021 - 2030.
