Attending and directing the training course were comrades: Dao The Hoang, member of the Central Inspection Commission ; Nguyen Duc Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee;... with the participation of comrades who reported and 312 comrades who are leaders and officers working in inspection and supervision at the Government Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Inspection Commissions of Party Committees directly under the Government Party Committee.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the class, comrade Nguyen Duc Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee, emphasized that inspection and supervision work is one of the important, regular tasks and an important leadership method of the Party, which has been carried out since the early days of its establishment. Quoting President Ho Chi Minh 's teaching: "Only with inspection and supervision can there be leadership", he affirmed that if this work is neglected, it will mean there is no leadership. In the current period, inspection and supervision work is being implemented more and more strongly.

Although the Government Party Committee has just been established, the inspection and supervision work within the Party Committee has always received attention, has many innovations, is strong, and is being implemented more synchronously, comprehensively and effectively. Many Party committees, Party organizations and Inspection Committees at all levels within the Party Committee have been proactive and determined in carrying out many violations, detecting and strictly handling them, contributing to maintaining the trust of cadres, Party members and people in the Party, affirming the political determination in the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, and maintaining the Party's discipline.

In the context of increasingly high demands for Party building and rectification, the Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee pointed out that the scope and methods of inspection and supervision work are increasingly expanding and becoming more complex. The task is not only to detect and handle violations but also to proactively prevent and warn early and from afar about signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, as well as signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

That requires the Party's inspection staff to have strong political will, pure moral qualities, solid professional qualifications and skills, to be truly impartial, objective, and courageous in fighting against violations, while knowing how to listen and understand, and to be emotional and reasonable in handling work and cases.

Therefore, organizing this training course is extremely important, an opportunity for the staff doing inspection and supervision work to equip themselves with more knowledge, skills and working methods, to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.

During the course, the trainees will be directly taught and discussed by the leaders of the Central Inspection Commission and related units on 9 topics according to the plan of the Central Inspection Commission, including basic and in-depth knowledge of theory, practice, professional skills, processes, methods and experiences in inspection, supervision and Party discipline work.

Speaking at the training course, comrade Dao The Hoang, member of the Central Inspection Commission, affirmed that inspection and supervision is a key leadership function of the Party, playing a particularly important role in the work of building a clean and strong Party.

The Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat always pay close attention to inspection and supervision work; issue many regulations and instructions on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline work; pay attention to building the organizational apparatus and staff for inspection work. At the same time, strengthen training and professional development to meet practical requirements and constantly improve the efficiency of the industry's operations.

To continue to promote the role of the Party's inspection and supervision work in the new period of the country, in the 2025-2030 term, for the first time, Party committees at all levels will implement the policy of arranging 100% of members of provincial and commune-level inspection committees and equivalents to be full-time officials and innovate regular supervision work to monitor and urge the implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee right from the time they are issued, especially on major and important issues and contents. At the same time, the policy is to carry out supervision in the digital environment and inspection in the digital environment.

To meet the requirements of the new period after streamlining and reorganizing the apparatus from the central to local levels, and improving the capacity and fighting strength of party organizations and party members, the Central Inspection Commission has advocated organizing training courses nationwide to equip basic knowledge and specialized skills. This class will focus on 9 practical topics, carefully selected from 20 new topics developed and issued by the Central Inspection Commission.

To make the class more effective, comrade Dao The Hoang suggested that the team of lecturers and reporters need to improve the quality of the content conveyed, linking theory with specific practical issues of Party organizations under the Government.

At the same time, it is recommended that trainees uphold their sense of responsibility, sense of organization and discipline, strictly comply with regulations and actively exchange and discuss to resolve difficulties and problems in practical work at the unit.

The intensive training course on inspection and supervision work will take place until November 7, 2025.
