In order to ensure that students after graduation meet the requirements of working in a professional environment of employers, BTEC FPT British College has signed cooperation agreements with hundreds of businesses across the country, to help students have the opportunity to intern, experience and work immediately after graduation.
“This is an annual event organized by BTEC FPT Da Nang , aiming to create job opportunities, exchange between businesses and students, and at the same time orient students towards their career goals after graduation. This year's job fair and human resource development signing ceremony of BTEC FPT Da Nang is not only an opportunity for students to access the labor market, but also helps young people better understand the requirements and standards of employers”, shared a representative of BTEC FPT.
The 30 businesses participating in the event are currently operating in various fields, ranging from graphic design, information technology, semiconductor technology to business administration and economics , such as: Asia Software Development Joint Stock Company, Da Nang Branch, BLAB Creative Design Joint Stock Company...
Mr. Ly Dinh Quan - General Director of Song Han Startup Incubation Center Joint Stock Company said: “This is a good opportunity for us to access high-quality human resources right at the training facility. We are especially impressed with the dynamism and enthusiasm of BTEC FPT students. BTEC FPT students are very well prepared in terms of knowledge, professional ability and working skills to meet the needs of today's businesses”.
Mr. Quan also believes that the connection between businesses and BTEC FPT will partly ensure the recruitment of high-quality human resources in the near future in Da Nang City, as well as help businesses better understand the job needs and desires of young people today.
In particular, the event offers a rare opportunity for BTEC FPT students to meet, exchange and even receive job offers directly from employers. This is also an opportunity for students to experience a professional interview in the most realistic and intuitive way, helping them gain more experience to apply more effectively in the future work process.
In addition, businesses also provided valuable information about recruitment requirements, working environment and necessary skills that students need to equip themselves with while still in school. Many students were very excited and confident with the practical experiences they had at the job fair.
