According to the meeting's content, press agencies should step up information and propaganda work about the Award; actively and proactively develop plans, organize systematically and creatively, and actively respond to participate in the Award; encourage reporters and journalists to participate in creating press works about the National Assembly and People's Councils.

The Organizing Committee also requests units, departments, reporters, and editors of press agencies to respond to writing articles to participate in the contest and send their entries to the Organizing Committee no later than November 30, 2023, according to the postmark .
