+ Apply gently to the painful joint area for about 15 minutes.

You need to try to persevere in doing this method 2-3 times a day. The heat combined with the antiseptic properties of vinegar and the active ingredients in mugwort leaves will quickly reduce joint pain.

Mugwort combined with salt creates strong antiseptic active ingredients, in addition to having anti-inflammatory effects, effectively reducing pain. This method is often used for patients with bone and joint pain due to arthritis or osteoarthritis or rheumatism. Make a medicine with roasted mugwort leaves and salt as follows:

+ Prepare ingredients including mugwort leaves and salt in appropriate amounts for the painful joint area.

+ Then, wash the mugwort leaves with clean water, let them drain, and roast them with salt until hot.

+ Finally, pour the roasted mixture into a soft towel or cloth bag, wrap it up and apply heat to the inflamed joint area.

Patients can apply this remedy several times a day to help reduce pain in the joints.
