One of the most vibrant sections of the 2025 Autumn Fair taking place at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (in Dong Anh commune, Hanoi) is “Autumn Delicacies”. This area offers a feast of domestic and international cuisine .
Many visitors to the 2025 Autumn Fair share the same feeling, the opportunity to enjoy specialties of the 3 regions has never been so simple. Just holding about 200,000 VND in hand, moving step by step through the food stalls, visitors will be able to clearly feel the distinctive flavors, the colorful space and especially see with their own eyes the chefs from 34 provinces and cities showing off their skills in preparing delicious dishes of their homeland.
Booths displaying and introducing delicious dishes from different provinces and cities are gathered at the South yard of the National Exhibition Center. In addition, the organizers also set up a large tent with tables and chairs for people to enjoy food on the spot.
The booths are divided by province, visitors can enjoy specialties of 34 provinces right in the heart of Hanoi without having to travel far.
The first food court is the booth of Tuyen Quang province. For only 50,000 VND, diners can enjoy a bowl of corn pho. Unlike rice noodles, corn pho has a golden yellow crust, is soft and chewy, and has a light corn flavor. This rustic dish is typical of the mountainous region, and is often eaten hot with bone broth and beef.
If you love Cao Bang roasted duck, you don't need to go far to enjoy the delicious, rich flavor at the "Thu My Vi" area, priced at 400,000 VND/duck or half a duck for those who want to try it. In addition, Cao Bang rice rolls are also a must-try dish - the rolls are hand-rolled on the spot, piping hot, served with sweet bone broth, only 50,000 VND/serving.
Thang Co Tuyen Quang - a "fair dish" of the Mong people, cooked in a large cast iron pan with more than 20 types of mountain spices, with a strong, distinctive flavor, is also brought to the fair to serve diners at a price of only 50,000 VND/serving.
Two famous dishes of Da Nang are Quang noodles with shrimp and pork and rice paper rolls with pork, which are popular at 50,000 VND/serving. Pork is boiled skillfully to have crispy skin, clear fat, tender meat, served with rice paper rolls with raw vegetables and dipped in special fish sauce. The sophistication of this dish lies in the balance of salty, spicy, sour, and sweet flavors, fully expressing the culinary spirit of the Central region.
One dish that visitors should not miss when visiting the Autumn Fair's food court is artichoke beef pho. For only 50,000 VND/serving, Northern diners can enjoy a new flavor when artichoke buds are delicately combined with tender beef and characteristic pink pho noodles, creating a dish that is both beautiful and nutritious.
At Gia Lai's culinary booth, visitors will enjoy mixed tre for 65,000 VND, fish noodles for 35,000 VND and rice rolls for 25,000 VND.
The mixed tre dish in particular impresses many diners. This dish is made from pig skin, head meat, galangal, garlic, rice bran, salt, chili, banana leaves, and dried straw. After fermentation, tre has a mildly sour and spicy taste, with the aroma of galangal and garlic permeating deeply. Tre is often wrapped in banana leaves and dried straw, creating a distinctive aroma when opened. This is a traditional appetizer in wine parties and Tet holidays in Gia Lai.
Ho Chi Minh City brings “Autumn delicacies” such as: broken rice, beef in betel leaves, grilled pork vermicelli, and banh khot. In the picture is beef in betel leaves, the beef is wrapped in betel leaves and grilled over hot coals, giving off a distinctive aroma. This dish is served with vermicelli and fish sauce, showing the harmony between Vietnamese - Cham - Khmer cuisine in the life of the people of this city.
In addition to vermicelli, spring rolls, eel soup, pho, and banh canh dishes with common prices ranging from 50,000 to 60,000 VND/serving, provinces and cities also offer many cakes, snacks, desserts, or fruit juices priced from 10,000 to 35,000 VND/serving. At the end of the food court, visitors can enjoy My Tho noodle soup (Dong Thap) which is beautifully presented and has a strong local flavor. This dish has a well-cooked broth, not too strong of fish sauce smell, served with vermicelli, shrimp, roasted meat and local vegetables.

At the end of the experience, diners should try Can Tho Banh Vat, which is similar to Hanoi's Ho Tay shrimp cake, but has many different ingredients.
The cake is made from rice flour, tapioca flour, chicken eggs, shrimp, minced pork, black fungus, cassava, green onions, and bean sprouts. The cake is fried with a large ladle - a traditional soup ladle. The flour is poured into the ladle, shrimp and pork filling are added, and deep-fried until golden brown. When eaten, dip it in sweet and sour garlic chili fish sauce. The crispy taste mixed with the rich, fatty aroma is both rustic and attractive.
The first Autumn Fair - 2025 with the theme "Connecting people with production and business" took place at the National Exhibition Fair Center. With the participation of 34 provinces/cities, corporations, general companies, domestic and international enterprises on an area of over 130,000 m2, more than 3,000 booths of nearly 2,500 enterprises; the fair is expected to welcome 500,000 visitors per day.
The fair displays a variety of products such as heavy industry, light industry, cultural industry, science and technology, agricultural products, processed foods, trade services and consumer goods, etc.
To get to the 2025 Autumn Fair, people can travel by personal vehicle or bus. In addition to routes 43 and E10, the city has added 4 additional routes including E08TC (from Times City), 02TC (from Yen Nghia), E09TC (from Smart City) and 32TC (from Giap Bat).
The routes operate from 7am to 10pm, with more than 400 trips per weekend day, ensuring a frequency of 15-20 minutes/trip. All buses have a "National Exhibition Bus" sign to help passengers easily identify them.
