At Formosa Ha Tinh, the average income of technical staff is currently 12-13 million VND/month. Managerial and shift-duty positions receive an average salary of 16.6-22 million VND/month. Meanwhile, team leaders and department heads can earn 30-39 million VND/month (including allowances, bonuses, not including overtime). Insurance policies, from social insurance, health insurance to accident insurance worth 200 million VND/person, are also fully implemented.

Not stopping there, the company regularly organizes ceremonies to honor outstanding employees and show gratitude to employees with seniority. Specifically, employees who have worked for 5 years are given 1.2 taels of gold; 10 years: 2 taels; 15 years: 3 taels; 20 years: 4 taels; and 25 years: 4.8 taels of gold. This is one of the rare policies in the heavy industrial sector in Vietnam.

FHS understands that in order for employees to be able to dedicate themselves long-term, it is necessary to balance material and spiritual life. From the design of the factory, office, to the dormitory and dining system, everything is planned to be modern, self-contained, and attentive to the employees.

For married employees, the company arranges 304 separate apartments, along with an on-site kindergarten so that children have a place to study near their parents' workplace.

In order to best support the travel, the company cooperates with Ha Tinh Transport Joint Stock Company to organize bus routes to pick up and drop off employees. Besides, there is a diverse sports area including soccer field, basketball, volleyball, tennis and a modern gym. Sports and cultural activities organized by the Union help employees both exercise and strengthen team spirit.

Regarding health, FHS maintains an in-house clinic and cooperates with reputable units to organize periodic health check-ups. In particular, the company regularly holds classes on disease prevention, helping employees proactively take care of their own health and that of their families.
Develop local resources and clear promotion opportunities
In addition to extensive recruitment, FHS pays special attention to developing local labor resources. Through the Minh Duc Foundation, the company cooperates with vocational schools to organize free vocational training, creating opportunities for young high school graduates to work at FHS. Since September 2023, 97 students have been officially recruited with salaries equivalent to intermediate level.

Notably, at FHS, the promotion path does not discriminate against nationality. After 10 years of working, a Vietnamese employee can be promoted to department head or factory manager - an outstanding achievement compared to Taiwanese employees, who need 18 years to reach the same position.
