Ms. Ngoc said that she is an investor so she will sell everything, however, she and her husband will discuss the price difference before deciding. |
At the Dong Phuong auction site, many investors came to learn about the infrastructure of the plots after the auction. A customer said that because the location of the land was very beautiful, the price was around 60-70 million VND/m2. However, because the auction was only one round and the starting price was high, investors were also "timid", not daring to pay too high a price and then "broke" the deposit. Therefore, the winning bid price at this land plot did not have many fluctuations like in Thanh Oai and Hoai Duc. |
