The Provincial Cultural and Artistic Center currently has two professional art forms, namely singing, dancing, and Cheo theater, organizing performances to serve political tasks, serve the people of particularly disadvantaged communes, policy beneficiaries in the province and participate in competitions and festivals organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as well as units under the Ministry. To fulfill the above tasks, in recent years, the center's artists and actors have been regularly sent to attend training courses to improve their expertise and skills. Thanks to that, the quality of artistic performances has been increasingly improved, meeting the requirements of the tasks and the tastes of the audience.

Actress Duong Thi Lan, Thai Nguyen Province's Center for Culture and Arts, shared: "After completing the training, I feel very confident performing in front of many audiences. In particular, I also learned that the most important thing to me is the art of Cheo. With that passion, I contribute to preserving and maintaining the cultural features of the nation."

Dancer Hoang Thi Thuy Ngan, Thai Nguyen Province's Center for Culture and Arts, said: "Through training courses, I have been able to improve my knowledge and skills, gain experience, and learn many new things."

Thanks to the focus on improving the professional skills of artists and actors, over the years, the art troupe of Thai Nguyen province has won many high awards in participating in national professional art festivals, and many individual artists have left their mark and names in the country's art scene. Up to now, 15 artists and actors of the art unit of Thai Nguyen province have been awarded the title of Meritorious Artist by the State; 18 artists have been awarded or posthumously awarded the title of People's Artist or Meritorious Artist. However, besides these achievements, the training and fostering of artists and actors of Thai Nguyen province still faces many difficulties.

Meritorious Artist Nguyen Thi Ha Bac, Head of the Actors Department, Thai Nguyen Province's Cultural and Arts Center, said: "The biggest difficulty is the problem of training the generation of traditional art actors because there are not many young actors, so we also have our own training and development plans such as sending students to the Department of Performing Arts for in-depth professional training."

Meritorious Artist Nguyen Minh Chuyen, Deputy Director of Thai Nguyen Province's Center for Culture and Arts, hopes: "I hope the province will pay attention to the Center's mechanism for recruiting classes of trained actors so that we can nurture the next generation of artists of Thai Nguyen to contribute to Thai Nguyen."
