Cao Bang: Improving the effectiveness of digital transformation application in tourism activities

VHO - Cao Bang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just organized a training course on digital transformation and smart tourism applications for 81 trainees who are officers and civil servants of the cultural and social departments of 21 communes and wards and staff at tourist areas, points and businesses in the area.

The training course contributes to improving the effectiveness of digital transformation application in tourism activities in Cao Bang province.

The training course is organized to equip legal knowledge, professional skills, raise awareness, digital capacity and information technology application skills for staff, civil servants and tourism workers, thereby contributing to building a professional and modern tourism environment, meeting the requirements of integration and sustainable development.

Trainees were informed about legal regulations on tourism, focusing on tourism resources and products, rights and obligations of tourists, organizations and individuals doing tourism business. Content on orientation of digital transformation of tourism, digital transformation ecosystem and solutions for applying information technology in tourism management and operation. Methods for effectively using applications to support tourism business activities, implementing statistical reporting regimes in the tourism sector and online reporting on the Cao Bang Province Smart Tourism Portal.
