VTV.vn - The 90-day campaign to enrich and clean up land data is being vigorously implemented by Nghe An communes, applying technology to help people have convenience and accurate information.

The 90-day campaign "enriching and cleaning the national land database" is a comprehensive review and standardization of land data nationwide, taking place in 90 days from September to November 2025. The goal is to ensure "correct - sufficient - clean - alive" land information, synchronously connected with the population database, helping to manage transparently and serve the people better.

Identifying the "90-day campaign to enrich and clean up land data" as an important political task, localities are making efforts to implement it vigorously and flexibly, with the determination to complete it on time.

Based on the initial review, Hung Nguyen Commune, Nghe An Province, has assigned the task to the Commune Police to clean up the database for about more than 15,000 land plots by updating citizen identification information. The remaining about more than 18,000 land plots that need to have their data enriched have been deployed to the blocks and hamlets in the area.

Mr. Bui Hong Quan - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen Commune, Nghe An Province said: "The commune has established teams to go to the hamlets, including the youth union and young cadres who are capable of using information technology to scan relevant documents. Citizens are not required to submit notarized photocopies, so everything is done very quickly and conveniently."

The above method is also the method being deployed by Quynh Luu commune in the 90-day and night campaign to review and update land data. On weekends, officials from 60 blocks and hamlets in the area are still on duty at the cultural house to support the people. Instead of having to go through the extra step of photocopying, people only need to bring their land title and citizen identification card for the team members to take a photo with their smartphones.

Information technology has been thoroughly applied by the Steering Committee of Quynh Luu commune in the process of enriching data for 16,000 plots of land after screening, from the process of collecting to entering and processing data. This method has shortened the time, steps and ensured the accuracy of information compared to the method of updating data from photocopies.

The method that some communes such as Quynh Luu and Hung Nguyen are applying has received the consensus of the people, creating favorable conditions for cadres at the grassroots level and hamlets to implement the campaign.
