Hanoi: Complete digitization of data on fire prevention and fighting before November 20

The Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Duong Duc Tuan, has just signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 6028/UBND-NC dated November 12, 2025 on strengthening propaganda, guidance, and inspection of facilities to declare and update information of facilities under fire prevention and fighting management to serve the construction of the National Database on fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) and rescue (CNCH).

According to the content of the Official Dispatch, to ensure the completion of the target of 100% of facilities under the management of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue to declare and update information as required by the Ministry of Public Security , the City People's Committee requests units to resolutely and synchronously implement measures, mobilize political organizations and unions to focus on propaganda, guidance, inspection and urging facilities under the management of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue to declare and update information, declared data fully and accurately and ensure "correctness, completeness, cleanliness and liveness".

The City People's Committee assigned the City Police to strengthen guidance, inspection, and urging 100% of facilities in Appendix II of Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP of the Government to complete declarations and update information to serve the construction of the National Database on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue.

The City Police Department directed the commune-level police to advise the Commune People's Committee to strengthen propaganda, guidance, inspection, and urging 100% of facilities under the management of the Commune People's Committee to complete declarations and update information to serve the construction of the National Database on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue.

The City People's Committee assigned departments, branches and sectors to: Direct functional units to declare and update information for 100% of agencies, units, offices... under the management unit to the database management software of the Ministry of Public Security to serve the construction of the National Database, the head of the facility is responsible for the declared information.

The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of communes and wards to: Strengthen guidance, inspection and urge 100% of facilities under the management of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue managed by the People's Committees at the commune level to complete declarations and update information to serve the construction of the National Database on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Search and Rescue; guide facilities to equip fire alarm transmission equipment connected to the database system on fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue of the Ministry of Public Security and equip automatic fire alarm systems for facilities that are required to be equipped but have not yet done so as well as facilities, houses and business houses that are not required to be equipped with automatic fire alarm systems.

The People's Committees of communes and wards direct the community digital transformation team to support information collection, guide and urge the owners of facilities under the fire prevention and fighting management of the People's Committees at the commune level to declare and update information on the fire prevention and fighting and rescue management database software.
