Department of Industry and Trade provides professional training to serve local authorities at two levels

On November 13, the Department of Industry and Trade of Tay Ninh province organized a conference to train professional skills and techniques to serve local authorities at two levels.

At the conference, delegates listened to the reporter present and guide many important contents such as: defining the authority to manage industrial clusters according to Decree No. 139/2025/ND-CP of the Government ; business conditions and procedures for granting licenses including certificates of qualified stores for retail sale of gasoline, licenses for retail sale of alcohol, cigarettes and certificates of qualified stores for retail sale of LPG according to regulations.

In addition to the guidance, the conference also organized discussions, exchanges and answers to difficulties and problems in the process of performing professional tasks at the grassroots level, to ensure consistency in understanding and applying legal regulations.

Through the training session, the staff and civil servants of the Industry and Trade sector at the grassroots level were able to consolidate their knowledge and improve their practical skills, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management in the field of industry and trade, better serving the socio -economic development requirements of the locality in the new period./.
