Over the past 5 years, the Company's staff, workers, civil servants and employees have actively responded to emulation movements, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks and production and business plans assigned by the Group. Recognizing the position, significance and importance of patriotic emulation movements, the Company's leaders, together with the Trade Union and mass organizations, have launched many emulation movements in labor and production, taking emulation as a driving force to successfully achieve the planned targets.
Emulation movements are organized regularly every month and quarter with many diverse forms such as: sprint emulation movements, new planting campaigns, "Skill training - excellent worker competition" movements, "Green - clean - beautiful" movements, movements to protect materials, products, maintain security and order... Through these movements, many typical advanced collectives and individuals have appeared, contributing many technical innovation initiatives and solutions that have been effectively applied in the management and care of gardens, at enterprises and factories.
From the results achieved, in the period of 2020-2025, the Company had 2 individuals awarded the Labor Medal, class II and class III by the President; the Prime Minister awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 10 individuals. In addition, hundreds of cadres, workers, civil servants and employees received certificates of merit from the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee and Vietnam Rubber Industry Group.
At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of typical advanced collectives and individuals share and exchange experiences and initiatives in the working process.
On this occasion, the Company organized a ceremony to commend and award prizes from the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Chu Prong District and the Company to 59 individuals and 29 collectives with outstanding achievements in the period of 2020-2025. Also at the conference, the Chairman of the Company's Trade Union launched the emulation movement for the period of 2025-2030 with practical and effective contents.
