Residents living near Bach Dang Bridge said that the sand was spilled from a truck transporting construction materials passing over the bridge. According to the reporter's records, this sand was quite thick, about 14 - 15 m long, and the width occupied an entire lane of the bridge from the north side.

Because it is located on the slope leading up to the bridge, this sand strip makes it difficult for people and vehicles to travel, especially motorbikes and bicycles. There have been a number of cases where motorbikes passing through here almost slipped and fell while avoiding or walking on the sand.

By 4:00 p.m. the same day, this situation had not been resolved, making road users even more worried, especially when traveling here at night.
