The program opened with a message of aspiration for peace. These were precious documentary films recreating the painful but resilient historical context, when the whole nation was forced to take up arms to protect independence. The epic artistic performances, from folk songs to contemporary ensembles, deeply portrayed the indomitable will of the nation.

In chapter 2 - "The Will for Independence and Unification" brings to the audience a special report on Tet Mau Than 1968, the battle of Quang Tri Citadel and the Paris Agreement 1973 - historical milestones that changed the course of the war. Art performances combined with 3D mapping technology, vividly recreating the moment our army entered the Reunification Hall, bringing viewers back to the important historical moment.

In chapter 3 - "We are proud to go up, oh Vietnam!" are messages from historical lessons connected to the country's achievements today, affirming the stature of the Southern Liberation event (April 30) in the country's development journey. Here, the audience will enjoy modern art performances, from grand choirs to brilliant fireworks, which will ignite pride and aspirations for the future.
