"This street floods every time it rains. I have to wait until the rain stops and the street dries before I can continue selling cakes," said Tran Thi Yen, a cake seller on Nguyen Duy Trinh Street.

Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces have entered the rainy season. According to the forecast of the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, clouds will continue to develop, causing rain with thunderstorms and lightning in Nha Be, Can Gio, Binh Chanh and other districts in the city.
