Over the past 10 years, the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" has been carried out by the Party Committee and the people of Chau Thanh district through many specific and practical actions. The advanced models, although different in living conditions, occupations and ages, all share the same respect, study and follow Uncle Ho's example in daily life. Thereby, many advanced models and creative ways have emerged in all areas of social life, which have been widely replicated by local Party committees and authorities, such as: Dialogue with people, administrative reform, capital contribution to help each other develop the economy , build green fences, flagpoles; build bridges, build roads; install street lights to light up traffic routes...

Speaking at the conference, Chau Thanh District Party Secretary Le Bich Phuong emphasized: “In the coming time, Party organizations in Chau Thanh district will continue to lead and direct the effective implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW in conjunction with Party building work, focusing on building and rectifying the Party and the political system. At the same time, thoroughly grasp, study and synchronously deploy the implementation of Party resolutions and annual topics. Strengthen the dissemination of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in a wide, regular and systematic manner, in many rich and vivid forms, so that cadres, party members and people can learn and follow through specific and practical actions. Maintain and replicate good and effective models; promptly commend and reward typical and exemplary examples. Thereby, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, promoting local socio-economic development”…
