Tax Department of Region VIII announces list of tax debtors

The Tax Department of Region VIII has just issued Notice No. 1241/TB-CCTKV.VIII on publicizing the list of taxpayers owing taxes and other revenues to the state budget as of April 30, 2025.

According to the list, there are 121 enterprises with tax and budget debt, with a total amount of up to 553.47 billion VND. This disclosure is due to taxpayers having tax debt overdue for more than 90 days from the due date of tax payment and other revenues to the state budget but not voluntarily complying.

The Tax Department of Region VIII publishes the list to enhance transparency and encourage organizations to properly fulfill their tax obligations.

Hai Linh Tay Bac Petroleum Company Limited is at the top of the list of tax debtors with a debt of over VND232.4 billion; followed by Vuong Cuong Group Corporation with a debt of over VND138.6 billion; Dong Lang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company Limited TASCO with a debt of over VND32.4 billion; Phu Tho Cement Joint Stock Company with a debt of over VND29.7 billion; Bai Bang Hotel Tourism and Trade Joint Stock Company with a debt of over VND24 billion; Huu Nghi Cement Joint Stock Company with a debt of over VND23.7 billion; Huu Nghi Vinh Sinh Mining and Mechanical Joint Stock Company with a debt of over VND13.8 billion; Nam Cuong Trading Company Limited with a debt of over VND10.9 billion...
