He requested units and localities to continue to strictly maintain the command and duty regime, thoroughly grasp the "4 on-site" motto, closely monitor weather developments, promptly update information, build and flexibly adjust plans and arrangements, use forces and means, ensure materials are ready to mobilize to carry out tasks; report to commanders at all levels about arising situations, promptly handle them, and avoid being surprised.

Up to now, the Provincial Military Command has mobilized civil defense equipment to key areas; mobilized more than 18,000 officers, soldiers, and militiamen to help people clear trees, reinforce houses, anchor boats, and raise aquatic animals; closely coordinated with military units stationed in the area, directed the Regional Defense Commands and Military Commands of communes and wards to advise on determining plans, ensuring good logistics, and preparing forces and mobile means to respond to the complicated developments of storm No. 3, ensuring the safety of people and property.
