Accordingly, the commune level has received and processed 74,563 administrative procedure files. Of these, 54,931 files have been processed, reaching a processing rate of 73.7%. Specifically, 53,422 files were processed on time and before the deadline (accounting for 97.25%), and 1,509 files were processed past the deadline (accounting for 2.75%). There are currently 19,632 files that are still under processing.

Lam Dong province has assigned agencies and localities to review and compile statistics on the staff and civil servants to serve the management, use and arrangement of staff and civil servants in the province. In reality, the personnel arrangement of some localities has not met the requirements on professional qualifications, work experience and state management experience; 57 communes and wards have not arranged the number of civil servants according to the Central Government's instructions.
