From 2024 onwards, military schools will temporarily stop enrolling students in the civilian system according to Resolution 19 of the 12th Party Central Committee Conference. The suspension is to implement the policy of innovation and reorganization of military units, overcoming the situation where there are schools training civilian systems many times more than military systems, but the teaching staff is still from the military.

Recently, facing difficulties in high-quality human resources, it is considered necessary for qualified military schools to re-enroll civilian students.
