Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance , based on the assigned functions and tasks, Vietnam Social Security has sent a document proposing a number of solutions to support the overcoming of damage caused by natural disasters to the State Budget Department for synthesis and reporting to the Ministry for consideration and decision, specifically as follows:
Implement lump sum payment of three months' pension and social insurance benefits (December 2025 and January, February 2026) in the payment period of December 2025 in 4 provinces where people were heavily affected by rain and floods, including: Dak Lak , Gia Lai, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong to create conditions for policy beneficiaries in areas affected by rain and floods to overcome the consequences and welcome the Lunar New Year 2026.

At the same time, urgently issue and renew health insurance cards, resolve problems related to health insurance examination and treatment procedures, and ensure that health insurance participants receive timely medical examination and treatment.
Coordinate with the Department of Health and local authorities to guide medical examination and treatment facilities to ensure the health insurance examination and treatment rights of health insurance participants living in flooded areas.
