Accordingly, the measles vaccination campaign in Hanoi in 2025 is aimed at 95% of children from 6 months to under 9 months old in Hanoi receiving 1 dose of measles vaccine.

Children receive measles-rubella vaccine at the vaccination site of Phu Dien Kindergarten, Phu Dien ward, Bac Tu Liem district.

The measles vaccination campaign is given to children from 6 months to under 9 months old, including children who are transient in the city.
The City People's Committee requested localities and units to deploy the campaign immediately, at the latest within 1 month after the vaccine is provided by the Ministry of Health .

Units and localities organize campaigns on the same day or different days from regular vaccination, depending on the number of vaccination subjects and the actual situation of the locality.

It is expected that from February 2025, vaccination will be implemented for children from 6 months to under 9 months old. In the following months, units and localities will implement vaccination for children from 6 months to under 9 months old and catch-up vaccination for children from 7 months to under 9 months old who have not been vaccinated in 100% of communes, wards and towns of 30 districts, towns and cities across the city.

The measles vaccination campaign is being implemented throughout the city (according to the vaccine schedule of the Ministry of Health ).
