Building Vietnam into Asia's leading exhibition center

On the evening of October 25 at the Vietnam National Exhibition Center, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the opening ceremony of the first Autumn Fair - 2025, the largest-scale economic and cultural event ever, with the message "Connecting People with Production and Business", aiming to stimulate domestic consumption, promote trade, expand the market and affirm the position of Vietnamese goods in the international arena.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: “The first Autumn Fair - 2025 is not only a commercial event, but also a symbol of the country's creative spirit, aspiration to rise and integration capacity.”

Held from October 25 to November 4, 2025, the first Autumn Fair is a national-scale economic and cultural activity chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade , in coordination with ministries, branches, localities and enterprises.
The event gathered over 2,500 domestic and foreign organizations and enterprises, with the participation of 34 provinces and cities, with a total exhibition area of ​​over 130,000 m2, divided into 5 thematic zones, with thousands of booths introducing typical products, regional specialties and new technologies.

The Prime Minister assessed this as the “6 best” fair: Largest scale, most modern space, most diverse products, highest quality, most attractive activities, best incentive policies. The event not only creates opportunities to connect supply and demand, stimulate consumption and promote investment, but also promotes the development of green economy, digital economy, creative economy, aiming for a growth rate of over 8% in 2025 and double digits in the following years.

In addition to the exhibition activities, the fair also includes a series of trade, tourism, investment promotion programs, seminars, cultural and artistic performances and cuisine from 34 regions, creating a multi-dimensional connection space between businesses - consumers - investors - international tourists.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the first Autumn Fair - 2025 is an important step in the strategy of building Vietnam into a leading exhibition center in Asia, concretizing the development orientation of "cultural industry and creative economy becoming a new pillar of growth".

At the opening ceremony, the Prime Minister also sent his deep condolences to the Central and Northern provinces affected by storms and floods; at the same time, called on the business community and people nationwide to join hands in donating and supporting people in disaster-hit areas.
