On the afternoon of March 27, at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City), the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , and the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee will organize a scientific seminar "Comrade Nguyen Luong Bang - a loyal, exemplary communist, a talented leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution".
The workshop was held on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the birth of Vice President Nguyen Luong Bang (April 2, 1904 - April 2, 2024). Attending the workshop will be Central leaders, leaders of Hai Duong province and many historical researchers , local leaders and representatives of Nguyen Luong Bang's family.
Researchers and delegates will focus on discussing the homeland, family, life and revolutionary career of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang. The conference will also focus on highlighting the noble qualities and personality of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang, especially the relationship between President Ho Chi Minh and comrade Nguyen Luong Bang.
The 120th birthday anniversary of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang is scheduled to be held on the morning of March 28 at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City).
Vice President Nguyen Luong Bang (April 2, 1904 - July 20, 1979) was from Dong village, Thanh Tung commune, Thanh Mien district (Hai Duong). Comrade Nguyen Luong Bang participated in revolutionary activities from December 1925, often using the alias Anh Ca, Sao Do. Since the early days of the country's founding, Comrade Nguyen Luong Bang was assigned by the Party and State many important missions such as being the first General Director of the National Bank of Vietnam; the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam to the Soviet Union; Inspector General of the Government; Head of the Central Inspection Committee.
