Halloween Night is the pride of students of the Faculty of International Relations, Academy of Journalism and Communication. Throughout 20 years of organization, the event has maintained the spirit of spreading positive life values through the artistic lens of young people.
This year, the program celebrates its 21st birthday with the name Halloween 2025: Ouroboros. The Ouroboros symbol (Snake eating its own tail) originally symbolizes the endless cycle of rebirth. From the original meaning, the Organizing Committee compared the image of "Snake swallowing its own tail" to the process of human fall when jealousy dominates. From here, the program hopes that the audience will accept and correct their mistakes.
The concert took place with the participation of lecturers and staff of the Faculty of International Relations, sponsors, press agencies and many students in the capital. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Oanh - Head of the Faculty of International Relations expressed his pride in the annual event of the faculty: "The 21st Halloween proves the efforts to preserve and develop the festival of teachers and students of the Faculty of International Relations over the years. The program not only shows the passion of the students for the annual event of the faculty, but also helps them practice soft skills. These are extremely valuable things."

The flexible interweaving of drama and music is the highlight that makes the Halloween event attractive. The performances are carefully invested in from sound to image, helping the audience's emotions to be guided naturally, while at the same time more clearly depicting the message that the play wants to convey.
That effort continues to be demonstrated through this year’s program with the play “Blood Claw” and interwoven musical performances. “Blood Claw” tells the story of jealousy. Here, the conflict between those who consider art as a passion and those who use art as a “springboard” for fame is pushed to a climax. From there, the work opens up reflections on the boundary between the desire for success and jealousy.
