Promoting learning and following Uncle Ho has helped the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people in the whole Chu Puh district change more and more clearly, contributing significantly to socio-economic development, ensuring political security, building the Party and the political system increasingly stronger.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee: Clearly identifying the role and great significance of Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo (12th tenure) on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", the Standing Committee of the Chu Puh District Party Committee has issued many specific leadership and direction documents, including the content of studying and following Uncle Ho in the annual work program, periodic activities of the Party cell, agencies and units. The focus is on selecting breakthroughs, outstanding and urgent issues to resolve thoroughly, taking work efficiency as a measure to evaluate implementation results.
Along with that, the District Party Committee also requires leaders of Party committees at all levels to set an example, demonstrate a high sense of responsibility in leadership and management; be proactive and creative in advising and proposing, not avoid or shirk responsibility; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles.
Studying and following Uncle Ho's example is associated with promoting administrative reform, attracting investment, developing high-tech agriculture , building new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, maintaining political security, social order and safety, and building a clean and strong Party and political system.
Over the past 10 years, the district has organized hundreds of conferences to disseminate topics on studying and following Uncle Ho with the participation of over 5,000 cadres and party members. Many good models and creative ways have been born from the grassroots, such as: the model "Security camera light", "Security gong" in Ia Phang commune; the model "Women help each other develop sustainable economy" of the Women's Union; the "5 Youth Shock Campaign" of the Youth Union... These movements have really spread, promoting the role of the masses in building and protecting the homeland.

Through the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo in Chu Puh district, typical examples of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have emerged. Teacher Pham Thi Men - teacher of Ha Huy Tap Secondary School (Ia Blu commune) is such a typical example. With nearly 13 years of teaching, Ms. Men always strives to innovate teaching methods, actively apply information technology, and inspire students' passion for learning. She has trained many excellent students in History at the district and provincial levels, and has many initiatives and experiences to help improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning in schools.

In 2024, the district's production value increased by 8.79% compared to 2023, the poverty rate decreased to 6.80%.
