On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the People's Committee of An Giang province Ho Van Mung emphasized that the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day is an occasion to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs and families with revolutionary contributions who have contributed to national independence, national reunification, and territorial integrity of the Fatherland, bringing the country joy and entering an era of independence, unity, peace and development. At the same time, affirming the achievements in the reconstruction of the homeland after liberation and looking back at the process of An Giang province overcoming difficulties and challenges to achieve the successes it has today.
