Speaking at the visit, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung praised the leaders and members of the Veterans Association at all levels in the province - those who had served in the army and made many important contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

In recent years, veterans' associations at all levels have promoted the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, implemented many emulation movements, enthusiastically participated, gathered and attracted the participation of members; promoted the role of members in building new rural areas, joining hands to reduce poverty,... From these movements, many typical veterans have emerged for members and people to follow.
