Currently, the implementation of investment and construction projects on provincial road DT.176 still faces some difficulties and obstacles because some locations of power lines, 35kV and 0.4kV power poles, transformer stations, and Vinaphone telecommunication poles have not been relocated; compensation and site clearance work is still stuck in some households; the volume of crushed stone of all kinds at the quarry in the area has not met the production and asphalt paving needs of the project. In addition, unfavorable weather conditions have led to delays in asphalt paving progress.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son encouraged and gave gifts to workers working at the projects. |
Through the actual inspection, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son requested project investors, relevant departments and branches to actively coordinate with districts to completely resolve site clearance problems; promptly resolve arising problems within their authority and report contents beyond their authority to speed up construction progress; coordinate with contractors to promptly prepare completion records and payment records to disburse the assigned capital plan; regularly check progress, urge contractors to concentrate human resources, prepare materials and machinery, take advantage of weather conditions to construct drainage ditches, reinforce cement concrete curbs, and apply asphalt pavement on eligible sections.
