Overview of the working session.
Speaking at the welcoming ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son wished the delegation good results in their visit and work in Tuyen Quang. He introduced to the delegation the potentials of culture, tourism, natural conditions; and provided information on the socio -economic development of the province.

He affirmed that after the visits to Germany, Tuyen Quang has initially established relationships with German localities and organizations. The province wishes to exchange and open up cooperation opportunities with local German partners, promoting links in the fields of healthcare , tourism services, high-tech agriculture and forestry, vocational training, labor employment, etc.
Dr. Stefan Rudolph, former State Secretary of Mecklenburg State, Executive Director of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Business Association, spoke at the meeting.
Speaking to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Dr. Stefan Rudolph, former State Secretary of Mecklenburg State, Executive Director of the Business Association of Mecklenburg - Vorpommern State, Germany, hoped that the visit would open up opportunities for cooperation between the two sides. In particular, the two sides will need to have a way to implement projects to develop new rural areas, creating a clean living environment in rural areas to help people want to live there to develop tourism . The province needs to have a plan to treat waste, utilize it into energy to serve life. Regarding human resource training, it is hoped that young workers of Tuyen Quang will be able to go to Germany to access high-quality medical fields such as nursing, rehabilitation, etc.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that during the working session with Tan Trao University during the visit and working session in Tuyen Quang, the two sides will discuss more deeply the issue of human resource training, and at the same time review the number of students who need to study in Germany and learn foreign languages.
