On April 17, at the Provincial Museum, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a music and dance program with the theme "The Country is Full of Joy" to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2024) and the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).

The program has 15 performances in many genres: Solo, group singing, dance group... performed by non-professional artists and actors of the Provincial Cultural Center. The performances praise the Party, the revolution, Uncle Ho; pride in the nation's revolutionary struggle tradition; joy towards the national reunification day; respect and gratitude to previous generations who fought and sacrificed so that the children can live in peace. The program is carefully prepared, with elaborate artistic ideas invested, so it has high artistic quality, attracts viewers, creates a joyful and exciting atmosphere for all classes of people. This is also an opportunity to review the revolutionary tradition, arouse national pride, andeducate the younger generation about the historical tradition of revolutionary struggle.
