The program consists of three parts: “ Hanoi hears the news of victory”, “Marching to Saigon”, “The country after reunification”. Each part is an emotional journey, recreating heroic historical milestones, connecting the glorious past with the dynamic present of a Vietnam on the path of innovation, integration and development. In addition to the elaborately staged art performances, associated with songs that have accompanied the years, such as: Mother loves children; Liberation of the South; Marching to Saigon; Spring in Ho Chi Minh City; Marching to the soldiers and compatriots; As if Uncle Ho were here on the day of great victory…, the program also shows vivid reports.
On the same evening, at the Au Co Arts Center, Hanoi, the Vietnam National Music and Dance Theater organized a special chamber folk symphony concert with the theme “Song of Victory”. With a structure of three parts: “Aspiration for Peace”, “Song of Battle”, “Hello Spring of Victory”. Familiar songs such as: For the South, Song of Hope, Love Song, Ho Chi Minh is the Most Beautiful Name, Hello, Lam Hong Girl, On Hai Dau Noi Nho, Shadow of the Kơ Nia Tree… come alive in a new look through the special combination of folk orchestra and modern symphony.
