Thanh Hoa FC aims to win a medal in the V-League 2023/2024 season.

At the launch ceremony for the 2023/2024 season, Chairman of Dong A Thanh Hoa FC, Cao Tien Doan, assigned tasks to the coaching staff and players. Accordingly, the Thanh Hoa team set a goal of achieving a similar result to the previous season - finishing in the top 4, competing for medals in the V-League, and reaching the National Cup final.

Thanh Hoa FC had a very successful 2023 season. Under the guidance of coach Velizar Popov, the team was among the top contenders for the V-League championship, competing against some of the strongest teams in Vietnamese football, and only lost in the final rounds. Despite this, Thanh Hoa FC still won two titles: the National Cup and the National Super Cup.

In the 2023 season, Thanh Hoa FC debuted with new head coach Popov, along with quality new signings and the brilliance of key players. Their attractive attacking style, tenacious fighting spirit, and dedication to the game resulted in a successful season, leaving a lasting impression on fans nationwide.

Chairman Doan emphasized that Thanh Hoa Club will continue its motto of using unity to create a collective star, as a driving force to achieve victory together. The chairman of the Thanh Hoa team reminded the club members to maintain a spirit of unity and dedication to the team's colors.

Entering the 2023/2024 season, Thanh Hoa FC has undergone significant changes in its squad. The reigning National Cup champions have parted ways with many players, including key contributors such as Nguyen Minh Tung, Le Pham Thanh Long, and the foreign duo Bruno Cantanhede and Paulo Conrado.

Thanh Hoa FC has been recruiting players early to strengthen and replace its squad. The most notable signing is Rimario Gordon. The player who won the V-League top scorer title in 2022 has returned to Thanh Hoa FC and is expected to be a key striker in the 2023/2024 season.
