Regarding Novaland, today the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision approving the local adjustment of the 1/5000 scale zoning plan of subdivision C4 according to the general planning of Bien Hoa city. This decision is the basis for adjusting the 1/500 detailed planning for Novaland's Aqua City project, thereby completing the legal corridor of this project.
