Novaland shares are experiencing volatility again.

*NHH: An Phát Holdings Group Joint Stock Company successfully sold all 11.16 million NHH shares of Hanoi Plastic Joint Stock Company from September 16th to September 26th.

During this period, An Phat Green Plastic Joint Stock Company repurchased the exact number of shares sold by An Phat Holdings, increasing its ownership stake in Hanoi Plastic to 62.75% (equivalent to 45.7 million shares).

*NLG: Thai Binh Investment Joint Stock Company, an organization related to Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan – a member of the Board of Directors of Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: NLG) – sold 3.5 million NLG shares from September 4th to September 26th, reducing its ownership stake to 4.58% (equivalent to 17.6 million units).

In addition, the foreign fund group Dragon Capital also sold 400,000 NLG shares on September 25th, reducing its holdings to 22.7 million units (5.9% of capital).

*YBM: Yen Bai Industrial Mineral Joint Stock Company (stock code: YBM) has just been fined 202 million VND and ordered to pay back over 577 million VND in corporate income tax by the Yen Bai Provincial Tax Department for falsely declaring value-added tax and corporate income tax, resulting in underpayment of value-added tax.

*NVL: Novagroup Joint Stock Company, an organization related to Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, Chairman of the Board of Directors of No Va Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company (Novaland, stock code: NVL), had 41,158 NVL shares sold through forced liquidation on September 20th.

After the transaction, NovaGroup still holds over 343.8 million NVL shares, equivalent to a 16.32% stake.

Dividend payments:

*VNC: Vinacontrol Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: VNC) will pay an interim cash dividend for 2024 at a rate of 10%. The ex-dividend date is October 1st.

*TPB: Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank, stock code: TPB) has distributed 440.3 million shares to pay dividends to 37,523 shareholders (at a rate of 20%, meaning shareholders owning 100 TPB shares will receive 20 new shares).
