Accordingly, Ms. Ho Thuy Anh - daughter of Mr. Ho Hung Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcombank , registered to buy more than 82.1 million shares of this bank.

Before the transaction, Ms. Ho Thuy Anh was holding more than 22.4 million shares (0.63%).

To carry out this transaction, according to the closing price of TCB shares on August 22, which was VND33,100, Ms. Thuy Anh needs about VND2,700 billion. If the transaction is successful, Ms. Thuy Anh will increase her holdings of shares at Techcombank to more than 104 million shares (2.97%). At the same time, her total assets after the successful transaction will also increase to more than VND3,400 billion (based on Techcombank's market price on August 22).

The expected transaction time is from August 25 to September 19, the purpose of buying shares is for personal needs. Meanwhile, Mr. Ho Hung Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is holding more than 39.3 million shares of Techcombank with a ratio of 1.11%.

Since the beginning of the year, TCB shares of this bank have increased by about 30%. After hitting the floor price at the end of last week, TCB shares have recovered in the last two sessions.
