Artists are sublimating Tchaikovsky's masterpieces
The program is exclusively sponsored by Techcombank , exclusively for Techcombank Private members, with the desire to become a pioneering bridge, bringing timeless cultural heritage to Vietnam on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
This is the first time the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra – the oldest and most prestigious orchestra in Russia – has performed in Hanoi. Two concert nights, under the baton of Conductor Nicolay Alexeev, and two famous singers Alexey Tikhomirov (bass) and Yekaterina Sergeyeva (mezzo-soprano), have brought domestic music lovers into the space of Russian classical music – where emotions, techniques and traditions of the land of the White Birch blend together, recreating a culture that is both close and familiar to many generations of Vietnamese people who love this country.

Conductor - People's Artist of Russia Nikolay Alexeev conducts the Orchestra to play timeless melodies
"On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, we wish to introduce to the Vietnamese public the leading Russian art troupes and artists. Many of them are known worldwide, and Russian culture and art are always close to the Vietnamese people. This event will contribute to deepening the relationship between the two countries, especially in the field of culture and art through further developing cultural exchange activities," said Mr. Gennady Stepanovic Bezdetko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Vietnam.

Vocalist Yekaterina Sergeyeva - one of the representative mezzo-sopranos of the Mariinsky Theatre
From St. Petersburg, the artists brought the breath of winter and the immortal sounds composed by three composers Tchaikovsky, Mussorgsky and Rimsky-Korsakov to the auditorium of the Hoan Kiem Theater. Each sound is a bridge, telling the story of the pride and beauty of the birch country to the Vietnamese audience. Through that, the performance created a luxurious, poetic space - true to the spirit of an art night reserved for the elite - those who possess refined taste and a different lifestyle.

Vocalist Alexey Tikhomirov regularly performs at home and abroad.
The event was not only a top-notch art performance, but also a profound gratitude from Techcombank to Techcombank Private customers – those who have been closely accompanying the bank on the journey of managing assets and creating sustainable prosperity. These are not only financially successful individuals, but also representatives of civilized living values, bravery and knowing how to cherish spiritual heritage.
Ms. Nguyen Van Linh, Deputy Director of Techcombank Retail Banking, said: Classical music, especially Russian classics, has always been a symbol of luxury and longevity. This is also very consistent with Techcombank's customer philosophy of always putting customers at the center, bringing value and classy benefits to customers.
The two-night 'White Night' concert is an exclusive experience for Techcombank Private members.
Over the years, the bank has continuously brought top-notch art programs such as the 150-year-old original opera Carmen , "The Seasons Ballet" to perform in Vietnam. This event once again affirms its commitment to bringing high-class living privileges, personalized experiences and outstanding wealth management services - all to honor the elite living values of Techcombank Private customers and continue the development journey so that "values grow and flourish over time".
"I feel extremely lucky to be present at this wonderful performance tonight. I have been to St. Petersburg several times and have seen the orchestra perform. But this time, with a very special performance right in my hometown, for me this is something almost unimaginable. I am truly touched by that," Diva Hong Nhung shared.
Sharing the same feeling, an international guest also shared about the music night: "I am very happy to enjoy Russian Royal-style classical music tonight right in Hanoi. From the space, music and international-class artists, everything shows sophistication and professionalism that is not inferior to when enjoying at major theaters around the world. I am really impressed with what the artists have brought to Vietnam."
The two nights of performances have officially closed the Russian classical music space in Hanoi. But at the same time, it will also open up new opportunities on the journey of continuing the legacy - just like the way Techcombank is always present beside customers on the path of creating timeless values.
