The traffic jams are concentrated on National Highway 27C, National Highway 25, National Highway 27, National Highway 20. Of which, Khanh Hoa province has 14 remaining locations. In particular, at Km44+410, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has requested Military Region 5 to urgently support forces, vehicles and equipment to organize rock breaking, blasting, and clearing obstacles, in order to soon clear National Highway 27C. It is expected that by 6:00 p.m. on November 24, the road will be open to 1 lane.
There are still 3 traffic jams in Lam Dong province, including 1 landslide on Highway 27C (through Lac Duong commune and Lam Vien ward). It is expected to reopen on November 25.

The Ministry of Construction also said that heavy rain caused many sections of the Chi Thanh - Van Phong highway construction site to stop.
Also on November 23, Vietnam Railways Corporation said that many railway sections in Gia Lai, Quang Ngai, Khanh Hoa, and Dak Lak had their foundations washed away and their slopes seriously eroded. The Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City route continued to be interrupted, with nine more train pairs suspended, including SE5/6, SE7/8, SE21/22, SNT1/2, and SE4.
