Da Nang City Police established 8 working groups to support people in flood-affected areas.

DNO - On October 31, the Director of Da Nang City Police established 8 working groups and assigned city police leaders to go to localities to encourage and support people to overcome the consequences of the recent floods.

Visiting two residential groups of Ta Lang and Gian Bi (Hai Van ward), Colonel Vo Thi Trinh, Deputy Director of the City Police, encouraged people to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives; at the same time, requested the Hai Van Ward Police and functional forces in the ward to proactively take measures to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.

On this occasion, the Deputy Director of the City Police presented gifts to 7 Co Tu households that were severely affected by the recent floods.

At Hoa Tien commune, Colonel Nguyen Van Tang, Deputy Director of the City Police visited and encouraged people to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives soon. At the same time, he presented 20 gifts from the Ministry of Public Security , 50 gifts from the City Police and 680 gifts from the Youth Union to people in the commune.

In Duy Xuyen and Nam Phuoc communes, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hoang, Deputy Director of the City Police, together with representatives of professional units and Son Tra Ward Police, presented nearly 500 gifts (including instant noodles, cakes, banh chung, mineral water...) to households that were deeply inundated and isolated by the flood.

In Cam Le ward, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Minh Nguyen, Deputy Director of the City Police shared the difficulties and losses that people are facing due to prolonged heavy rain causing flooding; thereby requesting Cam Le ward police to continue to coordinate with local authorities to promptly support people and ensure security and order in deeply flooded areas.

On this occasion, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Minh Nguyen personally presented more than 200 gifts to households in Cam Le ward affected by floods.
