The coordination regulations were developed to improve the effectiveness of ensuring security and order during the 2025-2026 coffee harvest season; implemented under the direction of Dak Lak Provincial Police, Vietnam Coffee Corporation, Ea Ktur Commune Party Committee and People's Committee and based on the actual situation in the locality.

The content of the regulations focuses on strengthening coordination between the Commune Police and enterprises in maintaining security and order, protecting property, ensuring labor safety; proactively preventing, detecting, stopping and handling violations of the law such as coffee theft, disturbing public order, contract disputes and violations in cyberspace.

According to the agreement, Ea Ktur Commune Police and the companies will coordinate to patrol, inspect, and propagate to prevent coffee theft, and encourage people not to harvest or trade green coffee. When there are complicated security incidents, the relevant units will proactively coordinate and arrange forces to support the handling at the grassroots level; at the same time, strengthen information collection and fight against subjects spreading false information or inciting anti-contracting on social networks.

From November 1, 2025, the joint patrol plan will be implemented throughout the coffee harvest season. Each company will develop a specific protection plan, and the Commune Police will assign two officers to directly coordinate patrols with each unit. At the end of the season, the parties will organize an assessment and draw lessons to continue to improve coordination in the following seasons.
