The semi-finals and finals of Miss Universe Vietnam - Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023 will take place at Tea Resort Prenn, Da Lat City. The final night will take place on the evening of December 31 with the main contents: Mass performance, announcement of the top 16 list; top 16 bikini performance; announcement of top 10 and top 10 evening gown performance; announcement of top 5 and announcement of opening of voting portal for top 2; top 5 will compete in a behavioral competition and choose top 2 to speak and present future action plans. From top 2, the beauty queen and runner-up will be selected. This is the first time in the history of the contest that there will be no second runner-up and top 2 will not compete in a behavioral competition but will speak and present their action plans.

With the name "TRE'15 THE CROWN", the crown for Miss Universe Vietnam - Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023 is inspired by the beauty of bamboo, the symbolic tree of Vietnam, symbolizing strong vitality, indomitable spirit, humility, patience, constant training, and transformation to rise up. The crown is covered with pure platinum, set with 3 blue sapphires in the center weighing 130.4 carats, 100 blue sapphire marquise, 744 white zirconias of various sizes.
