The exhibition displays 29 photographs of the natural landscape and diverse flora and fauna found in nature reserves, spanning three geographical regions of the country: the sea, the highlands (Andes) and the jungle (Amazon basin), as well as ecotourism activities that visitors can experience when visiting this South American country.

At the event, Ms. Patricia Yolanda Ráez Portocarrero, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to Vietnam affirmed that Vietnam and Peru have gone through a wonderful journey based on respect, cooperation and good friendship. Over the past 30 years, the two countries have built a partnership in many fields, from trade, culture to politics and diplomacy. “This exhibition serves as a cultural bridge, connecting the Vietnamese people to the colorful and biodiverse landscape of Peru. Through the lens of photographers, we invite you to join us on a journey to discover the unique natural wonders of Peru and reflect on our responsibility to protect the planet - our living environment. At the same time, the exhibition also provides a space for cultural exchange between the people of Peru and Vietnam” - said the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to Vietnam.

Also at the event, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) Tran Nhat Hoang highly appreciated the cultural activities that helped promote the beauty of the country and people and brought the people of the two countries, who have a lot of sympathy, solidarity, support and desire for good cooperation, closer together.

The photographic works on display at this exhibition are provided by the Peruvian National Natural Reserve Administration (SERNANP), representing the Peruvian government's efforts to preserve and promote its natural heritage and also a call to raise awareness of the importance of working together to protect and develop the country's biodiversity.
