Mass mobilization work is increasingly practical and effective.

Last weekend, the delegation of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization led by Mr. Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, had a working trip and worked with the Standing Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee on the situation of disseminating and implementing the Central's documents on mass mobilization work since the beginning of the term. At the meeting, the delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results in the province's mass mobilization work, contributing to overcoming difficulties, restoring socio-economic development as well as effectively implementing local political tasks.

Power from consensus

Sharing with the delegation at the working session, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, said that in the first years of the term, the difficult situation outweighed the favorable conditions; in which the Covid-19 pandemic and then the armed conflicts in many places around the world affected the socio -economic development of the province as well as the people's lives. However, in that context, promoting the tradition of solidarity and high determination, the entire political system strongly participated together with the efforts of the business community and the joint efforts of the people, Binh Duong has gradually overcome difficulties and gradually recovered and developed. The Provincial Party Secretary said that in that context, without the consensus, sympathy and support of the people, the province could not have overcome difficulties to continue building and developing. From there, he affirmed that mass mobilization work (CTDV) to create people's consensus plays a very important role in implementing local political tasks.

Reporting at the working session, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, said that from the beginning of the term, the Provincial Party Committee has concretized and directed the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to base on Action Program No. 01 of the Central Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, the Action Program on implementing the Resolution of the 11th Binh Duong Provincial Party Congress, to develop an action program to implement the mass mobilization program for the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee regularly directs Party committees at all levels to review and urge the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's directive documents to ensure the serious and effective implementation of the mass mobilization program's goals and tasks set out during the term; directs District, City Party Committees, and affiliated Party Committees to focus on leading and directing Party committees and grassroots Party organizations to concretize the development of action plans and programs and organize conferences to disseminate and deploy to cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life.

Speaking at the working session with the Standing Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results in the province's public service since the beginning of the term. Mr. Mai Van Chinh said that in the context of many difficulties such as the Covid-19 pandemic, armed conflicts in many places around the world affecting the socio-economic development of the province, Binh Duong has made efforts to overcome and is recovering impressively. This is a joint effort of the entire political system, all classes of people and the business community; including the important role of public service in implementing the province's political tasks...

The results of implementing the CTDV of organizations in the political system have contributed to creating unity and consensus in society, promoting emulation movements, campaigns, mobilizing resources among the people and business community to successfully implement the socio-economic development goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress.

Mass mobilization work must avoid formality.

Over the past time, the CTDV has been comprehensively and extensively deployed to the grassroots level in the province and has brought about practical results. Many projects, movements and mass mobilization activities have received great support from cadres, party members and people. The focus is on implementing Project No. 02 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on "CTDV participating in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle" in Binh Duong province for the period 2021-2025"; implementing "Civilized Saturday". Over the period of implementing the project with many practical activities, it has attracted a large number of cadres, soldiers, party members, union members, association members and people from all walks of life to actively participate, creating a high level of consensus and spread among the people.

This is a project that demonstrates regular activities in people's lives, covering all the tasks of the Provincial Party Committee's public service during the term; it is the basis for implementing, reviewing, and evaluating the responsibilities of each organization and individual in the political system at all levels in the province to implement the goals and tasks of public service in each period. The project also demonstrates the dedication and determination of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in focusing on innovating the leadership method for public service in the province. Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi emphasized the Provincial Party Committee's viewpoint that public service must be effective, practical, and avoid formalities; taking care of and improving people's lives, taking people's satisfaction and happiness as a measure of public service.

In addition to implementing Project 02, "Civilized Saturday", participating in guiding digital transformation work, recently, sectors and organizations in the province have built very practical programs and movements. In particular, the Provincial Labor Federation has enhanced care for workers' lives, protected their legitimate rights and interests; the Red Cross at all levels in the province organized "0 VND" markets; the Vietnam Fatherland Front system in the province has many activities aimed at the poor... Each organization has activities with specific products, thereby contributing to spreading the spirit of joining hands and contributing to the community, creating social consensus, and people uniting to implement programs to build and develop the local socio-economy.
